JENNIFER COSTNER, Partner
Jennifer began her career in title insurance in 1993, after graduation from The National Academy of Paralegal Services. She went on to earn her Individual Producers License in 1994. She then joined and helped build a Hamilton Township based title agency in 2003. Jennifer has a reputation for dedication, honesty, dependability and a commitment to excellence, which has been cultivated throughout her career in title insurance. Jennifer is experienced with residential and commercial properties throughout the State of New Jersey, including properties for a national restaurant franchiser, a major shopping center in Mercer County, which is home to several national retailers, sculptors park and museum, apartment complexes, office buildings, warehouses, a nursing home and co-ops. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of the title and underwriting departments from order inception through the post closing process.
JOANNE PAUL, Partner
Joanne is a graduate of Taylor Business Institute where she majored in accounting. She has a background in retail sales and became a licensed realtor associate in the state of New Jersey in 1988. After completing the very intense Floyd Wickman Star Program she used the skills learned to gain Million Dollar Club status in her first full year in real estate sales. She has been a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Mercer County Association of Realtors and a two time graduate of the Floyd Wickman Star Program. After the purchase of her first home, Joanne became interested in title to real property and the process of clearing clouds on title. Her 10 years of experience in the real estate industry made the transition to title insurance seamless. She obtained her title insurance producers license in 1998. She worked for a direct operation of the largest underwriter of title insurance in the country for 9 years at which time she felt she could provide better service customers by working with individuals who shared her same desire to provide personalized service as well as her attention to detail. Her main focus since becoming a licensed title insurance producer has been conducting settlements, including multi-million dollar commercial properties. She has conducted countless settlements over the years since she has been licensed.
STEPHEN BARRY, Partner
Stephen was introduced to title insurance as a County Searcher starting in 1995. He has worked in multiple counties in multiple states over the past 20 plus years, from New Jersey, to New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Florida. However, his area of expertise has been and remains New Jersey, specifically Mercer and Burlington Counties. Stephen has been involved in a wide array of major project searches for clients such as Bristol-Myers, Robert Wood Johnson, Capital Health, Friends of Hopewell Valley Open Space, The Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park and Commission, the Institute for Advanced Study, and Princeton University. Utilizing his skills as a title searcher, Stephen began working with the underwriting department of an agency operation reviewing property abstracts for possible title issues and producing title commitments'. He is now the lead underwriter for Title Evolution’s operations, and is the main point of contact for all title and underwriting related issues. Stephen recognizes the need for timely and expedient service, while maintaining a high standard of quality and diligence in the work he does for Title Evolution clients. He is willing to go above and beyond to help resolve any title issues which may arise, but will also provide that same level of service and care for every transaction he is involved in.
ROBERT FOLEY, Associate Partner
Rob has been a licensed title producer in the Mercer County area for 13 years. He is excited to expand his expertise to Burlington County. He is known for his dedication, commitment and willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done. His attention to detail & customer satisfaction has resulted in a devoted following of attorneys and mortgage brokers. Rob is a proud former U.S. Marine, a brother to 10 siblings and a born and raised local resident. He began his professional career with a local bank as a residential mortgage closer. In 2001 he started at General Abstract and Title Agency as a title processor. He went on to learn many functions of the title industry including ordering, processing, clearing title issues, preparing settlement sheets, short sales and perform closings. He has executed closings in both residential and commercial real estate.
JULIA BUNKER, Title Officer
Julia is a graduate of Lehigh University with a major in International Relations and Economics. Her first job out of college was for an international management consulting firm with a focus on restructuring work flow and creating outstanding customer service operations for Fortune 500 firms. She transitioned into the title insurance industry in 1997 by working directly for a multi-state title insurance company and underwriter. An opportunity arose where she joined and built a joint venture title company based out of Burlington County. In 2003, Julia obtained her title producer’s license. She is well versed in all aspects of title, from ordering and clearing title to closings and policies. Over her years of experience, she has handled many complex commercial transactions as well as residential sales and refinances. Julia’s dedication to her customers comes from many years working closely with buyers, sellers, mortgage brokers, lenders, realtors and attorneys. She understands the importance of each deal to all of those involved. Success is measured by the outcome of the closing and she strives to provide an outstanding experience for all parties. Now, as part of our team in Bordentown, she brings her expertise to our clients.
KAREN DEMBER, Title Officer
Karen began her career in the midst of the real estate boom with Fidelity National Title's direct operation in 2001. She has been a licensed producer since 2004. Karen has extensive closing and processing experience gleaned from her years in a fast paced, high stress environment. Karen's calm and gracious demeanor paired with her excellent communication and organization skills will help guide our customers seamlessly through their transactions. Karen is customer focused and always provides exemplary service. Karen is always able find a solution. Karen's meticulous handling of files from clearance through post-closing make her an invaluable asset to Title Evolution.
CATHERINE JENKINS, Title Officer & Closer
A resident of Mercer County, Catherine began her career in the banking and insurance industry in 1997. First as a teller for a local community bank and later as a collateral clerk for their commercial lending department. She returned to work in 2004, after taking time off to start a family, and transitioned into the world of title insurance joining General Abstract and Title Agency. Benefiting from the insightful teachings and wisdom shared by some very knowledgeable minds in title, Catherine was able to grow within the company, performing a variety of duties, developing a keen knack for clearing title. She first began with order entry and processing, engaging a natural thirst for knowledge and aptitude for extracting details. Later, in 2006, after becoming a licensed title insurance producer Catherine transitioned into settlements, preparing closing statements for both purchases and refinances. With her openminded approach to settlements, she understands the changeable nature of real estate, the importance of adaptability and the perseverance needed to see a transaction through to the end. For Catherine, there is nothing so rewarding in title insurance as seeing the smile on the face of someone who has just heard, “Congratulations, you’ve just bought a home.”
GALE TAYLOR, Title Officer & Examiner
Gale began her career at General Abstract & Title Agency as a Licensed Title Producer in 1978. She spent the majority of her time in underwriting, opening and processing files, examination, and commitment production. She also has experience with issuance of final title policies. Gale has developed numerous relationships in the industry over the years, and brings those connections with her to Title Evolution. As an extremely hard working, dedicated person who will do whatever it takes to get the job done, Gale is a positive addition to the Title Evolution team.
SHARON PRIMERANO, Title Officer
Sharon is an experienced, customer oriented and licensed title producer with 19 years’ experience working in the title industry. She began her career in the industry in 1997, working for General Abstract and Title Agency. Her role quickly grew from the generation of title orders and title commitments to being a processor of files for closing on both residential and commercial properties. Sharon received her Producers License from the Atlantic School in Toms River, NJ which included Title Insurance Fundamentals and Common Law Regulations. She strives to make the process of buying or refinancing a property run as easily and smoothly as possible. Sharon’s spectacular work ethic, integrity and professionalism are a welcome addition to the Title Evolution team.
LAUREN SANTISE, Title Officer
Lauren started her professional career in the industry as a NJ Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2002. She quickly transitioned into the title insurance industry, joining General Abstract & Title Agency in 2003. She began with orders and processing, but was preparing HUDs for settlements soon thereafter. Lauren has worked closely with mortgage companies, real estate agents, attorneys, buyers and sellers compiling information in preparation for closing. These skills have allowed her to take on the role of Settlement Agent, frequently preparing for and attending closings, and facilitating settlement. Along with assistance in final policy production, Lauren has become an integral part of Title Evolution.
GREG WAGNER, Director of Business Development
Greg brings over 15 years of sales experience to our team, with a particular focus on selling service and solutions. He truly believes in selling "value". If not for value, what are we providing? Title Insurance is a service, an intangible, but also undeniably necessity. Recognizing the importance of providing a solid service is the expectation Greg puts on himself and everyone at Tile Evolution. Every client needs to see the value that Title Evolution can provide them. Throughout his career, Greg has established numerous relationships which have lasted for many years. It is this same type of commitment to “value” that Greg will look to share with every new client moving forward. It is his goal, and Title Evolution’s as well, to create synergies and develop long and fruitful relationships are that are mutually beneficial.
